ASPR Centers and Offices

The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is organized into a set of specialized centers that work together to strengthen the nation’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from public health emergencies and disasters. Each center plays a distinct role—ranging from advancing medical countermeasures and managing critical supply chains to coordinating emergency response operations and supporting healthcare system readiness.

Together, these centers form the operational backbone of ASPR, enabling a coordinated, nationwide approach to health security. By integrating expertise across preparedness, response, science, logistics, and administration, ASPR ensures the United States is equipped to address evolving threats and protect communities before, during, and after emergencies.
