Hospital Association COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Activities Cooperative Agreement (Updated June 2023)

The questions in this section are optional for hospital associations. They are exploratory questions to assist ASPR to understand the challenges faced and promising practices utilized by recipients and subrecipients in the implementation of this cooperative agreement. The responses will be used to inform future program design, development of guidance, delivery of technical assistance, and support contextual understanding for reporting to national stakeholders.
