During this meeting, Rachel Lehman, the Acting Director of the ASPR Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE), provided an overview of ASPR TRACIE's recently released resources. Next, Dr. Richard Hunt, the Senior Medical Advisor for the Office of Health Care Readiness (OHCR), shared an update on viral hemorrhagic fevers. Afterwards, Jennifer Hannah, the Director of OHCR, provided an overview of the recently released HPP supplemental guidance and previewed upcoming supplemental guidance and submission deadlines. Finally, Dave Csernak and Angela Krutsinger, OHCR's Acting Regional Staff Supervisors and Field Project Officers, provided an overview of the HPP Incident Management Template.

During this HPP Recipient meeting, Jennifer Hannah, the Director of OHCR, delivered several HPP recipient updates regarding FY 2024 – 2028 period of performance supplemental guidance. Next, Acting Regional Staff Supervisor and Region 10 Field Project Officer Dave Csernak and Region 9 Field Project Officer Captain Kevin Sheehan discussed rollout updates to the Medical Response and Surge Exercise. Finally, participants on the call had an opportunity to ask questions.

Finally, Dave Csernak, the OHCR Acting Regional Staff Supervisor and Region 10 Field Project Officer, shared a few updates regarding the Medical Response and Surge Exercise.

Hunt, the Senior Medical Advisor for the Office of Health Care Readiness, led a panel discussion on pre-hospital care. Panelists included Dr. Carol Cunningham, the State Medical Director for the Ohio Department of Public Safety EMS Division, Terry Crammer, the Chief of Disaster Response at the Los Angeles County EMS Agency, and Kate Elkins, an EMS and 911 Specialist from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Office of EMS Services.

Finally, Joe McCannon, a Senior Advisor for the HHS Office of Climate Change and Health Equity, discussed the intersection of health care, health equity, and climate change and what the Office is currently doing in that realm.

Afterwards, Dr. Meg Sullivan and Dr. Michael Anderson shared an update on the current pediatric surge across the US and discussed pediatric surge challenges and resource needs recipients are currently facing.

During this meeting, we learned about the new resources on PHE.gov, including the newly released National Special Pathogen System (NSPS) video and the recipient webpages. The Missouri Hospital Association highlighted their COVID-19 Lessons Learned Report and a panel of public health officials discussed their load-leveling activities during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

During this meeting, we learned about the National Special Pathogens System of Care Strategy as well as the Guidelines for Regional Health Care Emergency Preparedness and Response Systems. Attendees also received an overview of the Biden Administration's Health Care Readiness Policies.

During this meeting, we learned about the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health's Crisis Standards of Care exercise as well as the stand up of Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center's new monoclonal antibody infusion clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. The National Ebola Training and Education Center (NETEC) also provided an overview of its COVID-19 response activities and resources.

During this meeting, the National Healthcare Preparedness Programs (NHPP) Branch Data and Evaluation team shared updates on FY 2020/BP 2 HPP cooperative agreement end-of-year reporting as well as the Medical Response and Surge Exercise (MRSE). The HHS Office of Civil Rights also discussed health equity considerations related to Crisis Standards of Care planning and implementation. Finally, ASPR NHPP Branch and TRACIE leadership highlighted a few new resources that were recently posted to PHE.gov.

Then, the NHPP Branch Data and Evaluation Support Team shared preliminary findings from analysis conducted on Hospital Association end-of-year performance measures. Finally, Dr. Sameer Kadri, the head of clinical epidemiology within the critical care department at the National Institutes of Health presented on his research on load leveling and surge capacity.

During this webinar, we heard about some new Health Care Readiness resources recently posted to the ASPR website as well as an overview of current issues in COVID-19 patient surge management. We also reviewed some frequently asked questions related to CAAMP end-of-year reporting.

During this meeting, we heard Dr. Til Jolly provide an overview of the National Emergency Tele-Critical Care Network (NETCCN) and received a demonstration of the National Emerging Special Pathogens Training and Education Center's (NETEC's) new Guide My PPE app. Then, we heard an overview of the Guidelines for Regional Health Care Emergency Preparedness and Response System.
Thursday, March 18, 2021:
During this meeting, we heard from Jack Herrmann on the latest amendment to the PREP Act, as well as from Dr. Richard Hunt on COVID-19 emerging clinical patterns. The CAAMP development team then provided a demonstration of the platform's capabilities and shared some useful tips with Hospital Association recipients.
February 26, 2021:
During this meeting, we provided an overview of CAAMP. We demonstrated major functionality within the platform, including the steps that hospital association recipients can take to complete required performance measures reporting.
