The MRC Picture of the Year Recognition

In September 2024, MRC volunteers from across the Eastern Region of Virginia attended a day long training event called "Empower & Equip." Sessions included CPR, a REVIVE! Train-the-Trainer (naloxone education program), a Disaster Recovery Panel, an Animal Emergency Preparedness Panel, the Active Violence Emergency Response Training (AVERT), Pet CPR and First Aid, a Mass Casualty and Family Assistance Center Panel, and an Environmental Health Presentation.
